u00B7 To provide an effective and efficient payroll, Data Entry and Case resolution service to customers, ensuring the accurate Emplyee records, data and timely payment of their employeesu2019 salaries
u00B7 Respond to requests, queries and complaints from external customers in a friendly and efficient manner so as to enhance customer loyalty and To proactively seek learning opportunities to develop and maintain good knowledge of NHRI's systems, clients and workflow and processing procedures. To take an active part in promoting your own training and development in all areas.
u00B7Handling Inbound and Outbound Calls (Voice Agents)
