About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven Associate Director of Sales (Domestic Market) to lead our domestic sales initiatives and accelerate business growth across India. This is a senior leadership role and playing a key part in strengthening Antara's presence in the domestic luxury travel market.

What You'll Do & What We're Looking For

Strategic Leadership: Proven experience developing and executing sales strategies within luxury hospitality, cruise lines or high-end travel services.

Market Development: Strong network of domestic travel trade partners, OTAs, and corporate clients: ability to identify new business opportunities and expand into Tier 1 and emerging Tier 2/3 cities.

Client Relationship Management: Skilled in building and sustaining relationships with HNWIs, corporate accounts, and distribution partners, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Representation & Networking: Experience representing a luxury brand at trade shows, roadshows, forums, and industry events.

Team Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire sales teams to exceed targets and deliver measurable results.

Collaboration & Insights: Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and revenue teams, while providing market intelligence, competitor benchmarking, and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

Graduate degree in Business, Sales, or Hospitality Background with willingness to travel within India.
