Role - Associate Director - Last Mile

● Own the P&L for the Last Mile function, driving business performance, profitability, and
operational excellence.
● Lead strategic initiatives to improve rider acquisition, sourcing efficiency, and overall Last
Mile performance across regions.
● Drive and scale BTL (Below-the-Line) acquisition programs to build a sustainable and
cost-effective rider supply pipeline.
● Own and optimize the referral program by identifying growth opportunities, improving
conversion, and maximizing ROI.
● Partner with Regional Sourcing Managers to drive execution, monitor performance, and
ensure sourcing targets are consistently achieved.
● Analyze business metrics, financials, and operational data to identify trends, uncover
opportunities, and drive data-backed decisions.
● Design and implement scalable processes, governance mechanisms, and operational
frameworks to improve sourcing productivity and business outcomes.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Finance, Product,
Marketing, HR, and Talent Acquisition to deliver high-impact business initiatives.
● Lead business reviews, track key performance indicators, proactively identify risks, and
drive corrective actions to achieve organizational goals.
● Build high-performing teams by driving accountability, operational rigor, and a culture of
continuous improvement.
Are you who we are searching for
● Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations, or a
related discipline. An MBA or Master's degree is preferred.
● Experience: 6–12 years of experience in Business Operations, Program Management,
Strategy, Last Mile Operations, Supply Acquisition, or related functions, preferably in
E-commerce, Quick Commerce, Logistics, Mobility, or other high-growth environments.
● Strong experience owning business metrics, P&L, and driving operational performance at
scale.
● Proven ability to manage large cross-functional programs and influence senior
stakeholders.
● Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
● Working knowledge of SQL is preferred.
● Demonstrated experience in leveraging data to solve business problems and improve
operational efficiency.
● Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
● High ownership mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and
high-growth environment.
● Candidates from both sourcing and non-sourcing backgrounds will be considered,
provided they have demonstrated business ownership, strong program management
capabilities, and experience leading large-scale operations
