Overview

R&D is on a journey towards PLM with Siemens TeamCenter as it's backbone. This individual is responsible for managing integrations between Siemens TeamCenter and all other systems (new, existing and legacy) within the R&D ecosystem.


Responsibilities

This role is responsible for overseeing the delivery and execution of integrations between Siemens Teamcenter and other systems, including new, existing, and legacy platforms. The individual manages both internal and external resources that build and maintain these integrations. The role is also accountable for pepPLM integration deliverables, production uptime, transaction success rates, and the incident, problem, and release management processes for integrations.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 14-18 Years of experience.
  • Deep knowledge of Siemens Teamcenter (architecture, AWC, integrations), especially the integration tools such as AIG, T4ES, etc.
  • Familiarity with adjacent enterprise platforms that integrate with PLM:
    • ERP (SAP ECC / S4 HANA),
    • Project & Portfolio Management (Planisware, 3DX, etc.) is a plus.
  • 12+ years of experience with integration technologies & architecture:
    • Middleware/ APIs,
    • Data pipelines,
    • Event-driven architecture,
    • Data modeling
  • Familiarity with Cloud, DevSecOps, and Infrastructure
  • Familiarity with Security and Compliance standards
  • Program and leadership technical skills/ Technical Program Governance:
    • Ability to run architecture/design reviews across multiple vendors
    • Experience with RAID management, traceability, and design authority models (e.g., Joint Design Authority / JST structures).
    • Cost & Performance Trade-offs: Evaluating vendor solutions for scalability, TCO, and compliance.
  • Cross functional vendor management
  • Ability to orchestrate people, processes, and partnerships to deliver seamless integrations across platforms.
