Money View is looking to bring onboard an Associate Director/Director, Product who will be responsible for leading the core App initiatives. This includes the Super App framework, Overall App UX, A/B framework, Design System, Ad platform for internal products and Events framework, for both Android and IOS. The Moneyview App is the entry point for all financial products that we offer and is key to our business growth and customer experience. This role will report to the Chief Product Officer (CPO) and be based out of Bangalore.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the overall core app user experience and
- Overall CX - App/PWA experience, Superhome, Customer Profiling, Android Ecosystem - permissions, playstore policies etc, IOS ecosystem, A/B framework, Events, Smartlook, UX score, Design System etc.
- Lead the Communication platform, Chatbot, Voicebot, Dialer, Operations Portal and the Customer Support portal and own metrics related to scalability and customer experience.
- Define, build, and own the long-term vision and strategy, translate the vision/ strategy to clear product roadmaps, and work with the technology leadership to execute it
- Manage product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond.
- Continuously research the market and understand current & emerging customer needs.
- Collaborate across different teams - Marketing, Collections, Engineering, Design and Operations teams to provide best in class customer experience.
- Define and analyse metrics that inform the success of products.
- Build and mentor a team of PMs.
- Develop thought leadership on the space, and nurture relationships with key industry associations to keep abreast of latest customer and technology trends.
EXPERIENCE
- 8+ years of work experience in a product management role
- Good track record in designing and building high quality product solutions to solve business problems.
- Obsessed with providing the highest quality product and experience to the customer.
- Ability to create a long-term product roadmap to achieve business objectives and get buy-ins from senior stakeholders. Effectively use 80/20 to identify projects/initiatives with biggest impact.
- Ability to work with a high performing team of engineering, UI/UX, Marketing and other product managers to drive the product roadmap.
- Excellent analytical and business skills and ability to use data and metrics for decision making.
- Experience in working across multiple products and exerting a high degree of influence across several teams/ functions.
- Should have worked in a fast-paced environment where the requirements are constantly evolving.
