Associate Director/ Director Enterprise Architecture

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Architect to drive strategic technology initiatives across large-scale healthcare, technology, and digital transformation engagements.

This role goes beyond traditional enterprise architecture responsibilities. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, lead architecture governance for strategic clients, support business growth through solutioning and pre-sales activities, and provide architectural leadership for major transformation programs.

The individual will own architecture governance, architecture review boards (ARBs), solution assurance, and enterprise-level technology strategy while ensuring alignment between business objectives, technology investments, security, compliance, and operational excellence.

Strategic Architecture:

- Define and maintain enterprise architecture strategies and roadmaps.

- Establish target-state architecture aligned with business objectives.

- Develop architecture principles, standards, patterns, and reference architectures.

- Drive technology modernization initiatives across cloud, data, AI, integration, and platform ecosystems.

- Evaluate emerging technologies and assess their applicability to business goals.

Profile Description:

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.

- Master's degree preferred.

Experience

- 15+ years of technology experience.

- 8+ years in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, or Technology Leadership roles.

- Proven experience leading architecture for large enterprise programs.

- Experience working directly with C-level executives and senior client stakeholders.

- Demonstrated experience running Architecture Review Boards (ARB).

- Experience supporting large pre-sales opportunities and solutioning efforts.

- Experience in digital transformation initiatives.
