Translate
domain requirements into AI/GenAI workflows (e.g., alarm storm reduction
assistant, energy optimization recommender).
Work
with SMEs from Wireless, Transport, Cloud, and Core to contextualize GenAI
solutions for network challenges.
Contribute
to building the AI/GenAI Practice Team IP (prompt repositories, reusable GenAI
frameworks).
Evaluate
emerging GenAI models and tools for relevance to telecom (e.g., LLaMA, GPT).
Support
pre-sales, PoCs, and client workshops to showcase GenAI use cases in telecom
networks.
Proficiency
in Python (must-have), with experience in building APIs/microservices
(FastAPI/Flask/Django).
Experience
in fine-tuning/few-shot prompting for LLMs.
Strong
hands-on experience with GenAI frameworks: LangChain, LlamaIndex, HuggingFace
Transformers, RAG implementations.
Hands-on
experience in developing and deploying Generative AI applications (e.g., LLMs,
RAG, GraphRags, code generation), including Agentic AI and Model Context
Protocol (MCP).
Proficiency with Agentic AI orchestration
frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and/or similar tools.
Experience with leading LLM providers and
models including OpenAI, Llama, Anthropic, and others.
Familiarity with AI-powered tools and
platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot etc.
Lead
research, evaluation, and adoption of new AI models, algorithms, and
frameworks.
