How You Will Contribute
- Data Platform & Engineering Delivery:
- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise data platforms, pipelines, and integration frameworks.
- Build scalable and resilient data solutions across cloud and on-prem ecosystems.
- Drive development of data ingestion, transformation, and consumption layers supporting analytics and AI use cases.
- Ensure data engineering best practices across architecture, performance, security, and scalability.
- Data Modernization:
- Lead migration from legacy data platforms to modern cloud-based architectures.
- Implement Data Lakes, Lakehouses, and modern data platforms to support enterprise reporting and advanced analytics.
- Support MDM, data quality, metadata management, and governance initiatives.
- Stakeholder & Delivery Management:
- Partner with global business, architecture, analytics, and AI teams to deliver strategic data initiatives.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Drive program execution, delivery governance, and risk management.
- Capability Building:
- Build reusable frameworks, accelerators, and engineering standards.
- Establish engineering best practices including DevOps, CI/CD, testing, observability, and automation.
- People Leadership:
- Lead and mentor teams of data engineers and technical leads.
- Drive capability development, talent management, and career progression.
- Foster a high-performance, engineering-led culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 10-14 years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Platforms, or Data Modernization initiatives.
- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale data engineering programs and global delivery teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and consulting capabilities.
