Roles and responsibilities-
- Spearhead the strategic direction and operational excellence of Cloud Managed Services, acting as a catalyst for continuous improvement and driving exceptional delivery quality.
- Overseeing Cloud Managed services and other support offerings to ensure world-class customer service for the managed service provider business.
- Leverage deep technical expertise and hands-on experience to drive business growth, transitioning from a technology practitioner to a visionary business leader.
- Provide visionary leadership and strategic guidance to IT professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Define and execute strategic and tactical priorities that are tightly aligned with business objectives, driving impactful outcomes and contributing to the company's growth trajectory.
- Design, build, maintain and scale monitoring services across multiple environments over cloud/on-prem deployments.
- Attract, develop, and mentor a team of highly skilled and customer-centric engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
- Continuously assess and enhance the team's technical capabilities, ensuring they possess the expertise needed to excel in the dynamic cloud landscape and meet Searce's high standards
- Establish a robust performance management system that fosters growth, provides constructive feedback, and empowers team members to achieve their full potential.
Qualification-
- 15 to 20+ years of overall progressive experience with technical and management background.
- Preferred to have 4+ years experience in building and managing high-performance 24/7 CRE teams.
- Excellent understanding of Monitoring and Observability Tools : Grafana , Prometheus , Kibana , AWS, Azure, GCP native monitoring tools .
- Excellent understanding of at least one Cloud - AWS/GCP
- Prior experience in recruitment, training & grooming of geeks.
- 5 to 10 years of operations management experience leading high-performance teams.
