Roles & Responsibilities:

• Basic understanding of the direct tax compliances, tax treaties and fundamental accounting concepts.
• Manage various direct tax compliance matters which includes TDS / TCS Compliances, Return of income, etc. with limited supervision / assistance of Senior team members.
• Aware of the process of Issuance of various CA certificates including Form 15CB / 15CA.
• Having basic experience in preparation and filing of TDS returns, Form 15G/15H returns, SFT;
• Assist in preparing lower withholding tax application.
• Assist in preparing various replies / submission during assessment proceedings.
• Assist in drafting replies to various client queries from a direct tax perspective.
• Good in English Communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft tools Microsoft excel, word and PowerPoint.
• Candidates with internship / article ship experience in direct tax domain would be preferred.
