- Lead integrated creative campaigns across multiple brands and platforms
- Manage, mentor, and grow a team of Art Directors, Copywriters, and Designers
- Translate briefs into sharp insights and breakthrough ideas
- Present creative to clients with confidence and conviction
- Collaborate across strategy, media, tech, and production to drive seamless execution
- Push innovation using GenAI tools to elevate both speed and quality of output
- Award winning work, proactive
The Skills That Seal the Deal
- 5-7 years of experience in a creative or digital agency environment
- Familiarity with GenAI tools such as Adobe, Firefly, GPT-4o and such other to ideate and execute faster & smarter.
- A solid portfolio showcasing digital-first design and social-first thinking
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite – especially Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.
- A curious mind and collaborative spirit—you thrive in brainstorms and bring ideas to the table
- Ability to work under tight timelines while staying detail-obsessed and creatively bold
