Job Description : Big Panda

About The Role

We are looking for a motivated BigPanda expert with the following skills:

Expert with 7-10 years of strong understanding of BigPanda, AWS Cloud, Micro services, OS etc.

Experience with designing and implementing system integrations using APIs and middleware.

Extensive Knowledge on Correlation and Enrichment of alerts.

BigPanda application administration experience (Installation, Upgrade, Maintenance).

Understanding relational databases and using SQL to query, modify, and create database items.

Understanding System architecture, carry out root cause analysis of complex performance issues, analyze results and recommend solutions.

Experience integrating and using ticketing tools such as Jira, ServiceNow.

Experience with competitor monitoring tools like Moogsoft, Splunk etc. is a plus.

Act as the subject matter expert for the functional domain to address application integration and infrastructure framework related questions.

Should be able to identify, influence, and implement best practices for availability, reliability, and scalability through operational discipline and mature automation practices.

Backend development experience - familiarity with NodeJS, GitHub, and Terraform and other AWS services such as ECS, DynamoDB, S3, and Lambdas

Expertise with Incident Management handling - including methodology and terminology (Incident, Change, Problem, Deployment, CICD, SDLC etc.)

Should have understanding on BPFL and BPQL.

Good experience working on Application configuration Metrics parameters.

Should have good understanding of Application Topology and Network protocols.

Experience of Incident Lifecycle and KPIs (detect, engage, mitigate, resolve etc.)

Proactive approach to identifying problems, performance bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.

Expertise in leveraging data-driven Product improvements.

Participating in every development lifecycle stage, from analysis and design to testing, release, maintenance, and program coding, while adhering to current System Development Methodologies (SDM).

Knowledge of various web development languages, performance testing, and experience identifying trends and areas of concern with scalability and consistent system uptime for a higher quality of incident management.

Experience in developing, maintaining, and debugging data transformation pipelines.

Good understanding of the sources of notable events, such as monitoring systems and service providers.

Responsible for keeping BigPanda systems running smoothly.

  • To independently resolve tickets and esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team. (2.) To provide support for on call escalations orL3 level support and doing incident and problem management (3.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts and conducting interviewsorparticipation in hiring drives. (4.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (5.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases (6.) To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
