Strong experience in providing clear concise articulation and documentation of business requirements. Skills in assessment of risks of various solutions and designs and prioritizing competing business demands.
Documents requirements defines scope (processes) and objectives for the company's business units.
Must have prior experience in handling team and customer interaction.
Ability to use technical and organizational skills to identify possibilities for improvement within the business structure and implements systematic solutions.
Assists customers in optimizing workflows and determining best practices, Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs.
Implements new solutions driven by changes in the business, as well as troubleshoots and enhances existing information technology solutions.
Develops and implements test plans/scenarios to ensure successful delivery of a project.
Ability to lead high talent teams in local and remote locations.
Ability to motivate employees, handle difficult employee relations issues and create a culture that supports high employee morale.
Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex issues with innovative solutions.

Analyze and own business requirements: Coordinate with DEV and other stake holders for the assessment of requirements.
Foresee/forecast risks, gaps and impact: Coordinate and communicate business needs and priorities to concerned customers & stake holders.
Own and manage the complete functional scope of the project: Create, review and mange functional specifications.
Carry out the functional walk-through of the product with the consumers of the specification: Work with different functions to formulate testing strategy for new features.
Communication & coordination: Interface and communicate with the stakeholders and customers for any need on the project.
Interface across functions during functional specification, testing and initial implementation phases as necessary: Ensure delivery without gaps.
Maintain good interpersonal relations with stake holders.
Job Requirements:
BE/B-Tech/MBA or equivalent degree from a recognized university
3 to 5 years of total experience in Business Analysis.
Must have excellent analytical skills to solve problems, issues, and design product functionality.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills should be able to communicate effectively with development and business teams and external international clients.
Conceptual and analytical thinking and solution decision-making skills. Demonstrated analytical skills with good understanding of information technology, business concepts and functions.
Strong demonstrable problem-solving abilities. Team leader/player with strong organization and analytical skills.
Proven ability to understand complex business requirements. Ability to be proactive, finding solutions to problems, meeting deadlines and good time management.
Great attention to detail when it comes to identifying improved workflows and solutions within software applications. Willingness to share and explore with the team to keep ideas and information flowing for improving product development.
Excellent IT skills in Microsoft Office tools Excel, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint, and Word, Visual Basic, UML, XML.
Knowledge of SoapUI & Postman would be an added plus.
Prior experience working in the Shipping and Logistics domain in the capacity of a Business Analyst would be a plus.
Person should have strong project management skills and the ability to track, trace the project.
