About the RoleAs an Associate/Assistant Manager - Control Tower Operations at Popular Foods Co., you will play a crucial role in supporting the execution of our e-commerce operations across marketplaces, e-grocery, and quick commerce platforms. You will work closely with the Assistant Manager Key Accounts to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, accurate reporting, and high service levels across platforms.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperational & Data Management- Manage day-to-day order processing, PO tracking, and supply coordination with the internal supply chain team.
- Maintain daily trackers for Fill Rate, OTIF, ASN, GRN, cancellations, rejections, and platform stock levels.
- Compile, clean, and analyze platform data for reporting to management.
- Ensure pricing, visibility, and content hygiene across platforms.
Inventory & Order Flow- Track platform inventory and coordinate timely replenishments to avoid stockouts.
- Support smooth order fulfillment by liaising with warehouses, last-mile partners, and category teams.
- Flag and follow up on urgent escalations (expiry issues, GRN delays, PO rejections).
Account Health & Reporting- Maintain account health metrics, including seller score, late dispatch %, RTO %, and cancellations.
- Prepare daily/weekly MIS dashboards and business reports for internal stakeholders.
- Reconcile returns and assist in dispute resolution and claims filing.
Market Research & Competition Mapping- Conduct regular competition benchmarking on pricing, visibility, assortment, and promotions.
- Share insights on trends and consumer feedback for continuous improvement.
Cross-Team Collaboration- Coordinate with category, finance, marketing, and supply chain teams to align on operational goals.
- Support in promotional execution, event participation, and content alignment with platform teams.
- Requirements Experience: 12 years in e-commerce, FMCG, retail, or operations preferred (internships acceptable).
- Education:Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field.
- Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas like query, import range, index match, array etc).
- Detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable handling large datasets.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A self-starter with a hunger to grow in the e-commerce and FMCG space.
