Team: Pharma & Chemistry

Work Location: Pan-India. Preferred location- Gurgaon /Bangalore

Desired Skills & Experience:

Patent Drafting with 1-3 years of experience in drafting patent specifications across jurisdictions (India, US, EP). The role involves working closely with inventors and attorneys to capture inventions accurately and draft high-quality patent applications.

Educational Background: B. Tech/ M. Tech (Chemical Engineering) or PhD in Organic Chemistry)

Key Responsibilities:

• Exposure and experience in drafting patent specifications, claims, and abstracts,
• Analyze inventions and conduct basic prior art search etc.
• Patent Agents will be preferred.

Key Skills Required:

• Confident, Strong technical writing and analytical skills, ability to coordinate independently with clients and professional personnel within the firm.
