We are looking for early career professionals with a passion for problem solving and engaging with people. Associates will be working as a part of our Client Services team to streamline processes and implement new initiatives. The position is hands-on and collaborative, designed to prepare you for a role in healthcare IT and provides experience of commonly used software in the field such as Salesforce, Monday.com, and JIRA among others. Clients include primary care, single-specialty and multi-specialty practices, health systems, and hospitals. What You'll Do

As a Client Services Associate, you will be assisting with client initiatives, and eventually lead your own projects.

Utilize a pre-defined project plan to execute implementation tasks & ensure early value realization for clients.

Review contract deliverables, project scope and ensure adherence to outlined contract terms.

Communicate effectively with clients to understand gaps in current processes, optimize their workflows and deliver high quality configuration build.

Conduct comprehensive testing to ensure interchange of information via integration (API or HL7) is working as desired.

Provide consistent support during go-live and utilize post go-live optimization phase to resolve any outstanding challenges.

Collaborate with cross functional teams, including Sales, Product Management, Interfaces, Client Success, and Deployment, to ensure we are meeting client commitments and providing the appropriate solution.

Prepare and deliver training to end users on effective usage of the application.

Work closely with client representatives to improve product adoption and seek guidance to work through any user resistance.

Demonstrate the value Phreesia can bring to client organizations in the form of standardization, cost savings, effort optimization, improved collections & superior staff/patient experience.

Conduct effective change management to obtain buy-in from client representatives.

Promptly communicate progress, manage escalations and report client risks to the manager for awareness and resolution.

What You'll Bring

Bachelor's Degree required

Superior communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills.

Ability to prioritize multiple demands in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Recent graduates, all majors are welcome to apply.

SaaS and/or Healthcare understanding is not mandatory, but preferred.

Shift expectations. In order to better collaborate with the North American team and provide a superior customer experience to our US-based clients, all India-based employees work night shift schedules.

All new employees start on the 5:30pm IST to 2:30am IST (during daylight savings time) / 6:30pm IST to 3:30am IST shift (during standard time) for a minimum of six months.

We have a second night shift from 3:30pm IST to 12:30am IST (during daylight savings time) / 4:30pm IST to 1:30am IST (during standard time).
Important: requests to move to the second night shift (see above for times) will be considered only after an employee has been in the 5:30pm IST to 2:30am IST (during daylight savings time) / 6:30pm IST to 3:30am IST shift for at least six months and are based on current business needs.

Please note, being fully available during working hours is a non-negotiable expectation for all employees.
