Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Director located in Noida. The Sales Director will be responsible for identifying potential clients, conducting market analysis, preparing sales proposals, and closing sales deals. They will also manage client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and manage teams. Additional tasks include networking, attending industry events, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of real estate trends and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Business Development skills
  • Real Estate 6+ years of experiences.

Must come with a team of at least 10 members, including Team Leaders and Managers.

Client Relationship Management skills

  • Market Analysis and Research abilities
  • Negotiation and Closing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
