At the micro level the role involves:
- Achievement of Revenue numbers through Corporate Business Development.
- Customer Acquisition Function.
- Corporate Market Mapping.
- Building a sustainable Sales pipeline.
- Relationship Management with Clients.
- Building strong network within Insurers / TPA.
- Representing Howden among the organizations.
- Collaborating with team to support the regions achieve the target numbers.

Education & Experience:
- Direct Corporate Sales Experience (preferably over 5 to 15 years) in Insurance Broking.
- University degree (mandatory) with an appropriate insurance qualification preferred.
Compliance & Security Adherence:
- Compliance with the Information Security Policy of the company & all associated procedures and guidelines.
- Risk Management in line with the defined ISMS framework.
- Incident Management in line with the defined ISMS framework.
- Understanding of ISO 27001 & overall ISMS framework of the company.
- Participation in all Security training & awareness programs conducted by the company.
- Co-operation & support for all internal & external audits including Security audits.
- In addition to the above roles and responsibilities, duties and role have been adequately defined in various SOP's of QMS & ISMS.
