This role is very critical and strategic to the company. He/She will be handling the Business Growth team for corporate collaborations across all regions.
The Core Responsibilities For The Job Include The Following
Develop and execute the B2B sales strategy:
- Define sales targets and objectives aligned with the company's overall goals.
- Identify key market segments and target customers within the B2B space.
- Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the company's B2B customer base.
Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Clients
- Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in B2B accounts.
- Understand the client's needs to tailor solutions and proposals accordingly.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding how our products/services can address their challenges and objectives.
Drive Revenue Growth And Meet Sales Targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs, and take corrective actions as needed.
- Forecast sales accurately and focus on building a constant sales pipeline.
Collaborate Cross-functionally
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support for B2B sales initiatives.
- Provide feedback from the field to inform product development and marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and ensure a positive customer experience.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of sales (B2B sales) growth and development with an education or SAAS industry.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Strong understanding of how to approach, position talent, and leadership development conversations with University Principals, CHROs, L& D and HR professionals, as well as Business/C-suite Executives.
- Strong communication and presentation skills - adept at developing, pitching, and closing large deals. Gravitas to pitch to CXOs, CHROs, CLOs/L& D and government heads.
- Willingness to travel PAN INDIA.
- Ability to develop and position winning proposals to clients.
