In this role, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our Practice team as a Presales Production Support. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise to our sales team during the pre-sales phase.
Responsibilities
Thought Leadership
Automation Architecture and Solutions
Bring Thought leadership in creating compelling offers and services including differentiating IP such as automation frameworks, accelerators, reference architectures.
Collaborate with sales, solutions and delivery team to understand the customer requirements, proposals and provide solutions including championing the solutions in a single tower deals
Assist in the preparation of proposals, including solution design, architecture, and implementation plans.
Conduct demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and features of our offerings.
Define the offerings, partnerships and positioning this internally as well as in the market for the customers.
Provide consulting services to engagements related to Production Support and Reliability Engineering
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings and differentiate them from competitors.
Drive the modernization initiatives in production support and Site Reliability Engineering
Conduct technical assessments and feasibility studies to ensure the compatibility of our products with the customer%27s existing infrastructure.
Manage and oversee delivery for large, complex production support engagement mentoring the team, complying to SLA and driving transformation initiatives.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor&rsquos degree in computer science or other relevant technical degree or equivalent work experience.
Strong technical knowledge and understanding of enterprise software systems, customer application development, databases, and cloud computing.
Strong knowledge of application support processes and best practices, including incident management, problem management, and change management.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Expertise in Application support covering L1, L2, L3, Batch monitoring, ITSM and ITIL
Expertise in SRE principle bringing Reliability Engineering and should have worked in one of the cloudhyperscalars
Proficiency in scripting languages and automation tools to streamline support processes.
Understanding and experience of using various production support tools like ServiceNow, JIRA, APM like AppDynamics and Reliability and Monitoring tools like New Relic, ELK stack, Data Dog
Expertise in modernization of large complex support engagements bringing reliability engineering, and implementing AIOps
Expertise in Reliability Engineering with good handle on SRE principles as well as tools for observability and telemetry
Experience in running large scale proposals for the application support drafting the solution, technical architecture, win themes and commercials
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Professional certifications in relevant areas (e.g., ITIL, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator) are desirable.
