Description
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Assistant to the CEO to support the executive in various administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist the CEO in daily operations and administrative tasks
- Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and reports
- Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making
- Draft and proofread correspondence, presentations, and reports
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Organize travel arrangements and itineraries for the CEO
- Monitor and manage projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- 2-6 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience with project management tools is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with corporate governance and business operations
- Must be open to learn new programs and projects within immigration and recruitment.
