Role Description The Assistant Store Manager at Blitz is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing daily store operations in a digital quick-commerce environment. This role includes monitoring virtual store performance, coordinating product listings and promotions, and ensuring accurate inventory and order processing. The Assistant Store Manager supports customer service efforts by responding to escalated inquiries, helping resolve issues, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. The role also involves assisting with loss prevention measures, analyzing operational metrics, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to process improvements that enhance efficiency and retention.
Qualifications

  • Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality support.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with customers, team members, and stakeholders in a remote environment.
  • Experience with Store Management in retail or e-commerce, including oversight of daily operations and coordination of digital merchandising.
  • Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to help safeguard company assets and maintain operational integrity.
  • Proficiency with online retail platforms, order management systems, and basic data analysis tools.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting, adapting to changing priorities and fast-paced conditions.
  • Previous experience in retail, e-commerce, or quick-commerce operations is preferred; an associate or bachelor's degree in business, retail management, or a related field is a plus.
