Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for an Assistant Sales Manager. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and supporting the sales team. The role also involves identifying new business opportunities, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the management team to ensure consistent revenue growth.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
  • Strong Communication, Relationship Management, and Negotiation skills
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving skills with the ability to interpret sales data
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Leadership abilities to guide and motivate a sales team effectively
  • Creative-thinking skills and initiative to pursue new market opportunities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Familiarity with the interior design or renovation industry is an advantage
