Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager located in Gurugram, India. Responsibilities include managing and driving sales processes to achieve financial targets, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The role also involves developing and mentoring the sales team, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and effective service delivery. The Assistant Sales Manager will support business development objectives and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.

  • Proficiency in sales and business development with strong knowledge of client relationship management
  • Skills in negotiation, communication, and interpersonal relationships
  • Ability to analyze market trends and formulate strategic sales plans
  • Experience in managing teams, driving growth, and achieving sales targets
  • Attention to detail and adeptness in preparing and presenting sales reports
  • Familiarity with real estate, proptech, or similar industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
