We are seeking experienced Assistant Manager Sales professionals to drive revenue growth across residential, commercial, and construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Support monthly and quarterly sales targets by generating quality leads.
- Conduct cold calling, work with brokers, channel partners, and digital sources to build the pipeline.
- Arrange property presentations, client meetings, and site visits.
- Engage with customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable project options.
- Manage negotiations, follow-ups, and deal closures effectively.
- Coordinate with marketing for campaigns and events to enhance lead conversion.
- Work with CRM, finance, and legal teams for documentation and compliance.
- Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and emerging market opportunities.
- Maintain strong project knowledge, including specifications, pricing, and construction updates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 56 years of experience in real estate or construction sales.
