Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager, based in Gurugram. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key daily tasks include identifying business opportunities, developing and maintaining customer connections, leading sales presentations, and collaborating with the sales team to strategize and implement new initiatives. The candidate will also oversee customer queries, coordinate sales operations, and assist in training and mentoring sales team members.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales Strategy, Account Management, and Target Achievement
  • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Customer Relationship Management skills
  • Team Leadership, Problem-Solving, and Performance Management abilities
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and analytics to track and manage sales performance
  • Experience in interior design, home renovation, or a related field is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving measurable business growth
