Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Manage corporate sales for the Bangalore region and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across various management levels.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities to generate sales for the company.
  • Analyze competitor strategies to identify opportunities to increase occupancy and market share across Pan India operations.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to retain existing clients and acquire new business.
  • Generate business leads through cold calling, reference calls, presentations, and corporate outreach.
  • Convert leads into business across Corporate, FIT, MICE, and group movements.
  • Conduct client meetings, deliver product presentations, and close sales deals.
  • Coordinate with operations and contracting teams for smooth handling of customer requirements.
  • Handle customer queries and provide timely quotations.
  • Visit potential customers for new business opportunities.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions and finalize agreements to close sales.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups for payment collection and credit management.
  • Represent the organization at trade exhibitions, events, and industry demonstrations.
  • Continuously review personal sales performance and improve conversion rates.
