Position Title:Assistant Recruitment Manager

Location: Ghatkopar (East), Mumbai

Qualifications: M.B.A. Graduate

Experience Required:3+ Years

Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop and enhance recruitment protocols to align with current industry standards.
Proficient in managing a team of 6-7 members with adept leadership skills.
Extensive background in recruiting candidates across junior, middle, and top-level positions.
Oversee the recruitment team's activities and provide regular performance updates.
Introduce innovative sourcing techniques such as social recruiting and Boolean searches.
Evaluate various recruitment software options to determine the most suitable solution for the organization's requirements.
Explore and select effective job advertising avenues.
Collaborate with departmental heads to anticipate future staffing needs.
Expand the company's professional network by fostering relationships with HR experts, educational institutions, and other relevant partners.
Hands-on familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.

Skill Set:

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or relevant field.
At least 3 years of experience as a recruitment assistant or a related role.
Familiarity with standard hiring practices, such as scheduling interviews and onboarding processes.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
