Job Role- Assistant Recruitment Manager

Experience- 2yrs

Location- remote

Timings 10 am to 7 pm

Workings days- 6 days

CTC- 4lpa

Requirements-

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Overall 2 years of experience wherein 07- 08 months should be in team handling.
  • Must have the experience background in Recruitment & Staffing Firm.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
  • Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance.
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in recruitment.
