Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Management

  • Implement quality assurance standards, processes, and controls in the warehouse.
  • Ensure compliance with cGMP, ISO, WHO GDP, and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in Risk Assessment activities and review qualification and validation documents.

Training & Documentation

  • Conduct training sessions for employees on SOPs, GMP, and GDP.
  • Maintain and review documents and reports as per SOPs.
  • Review all GMP-related documents such as incidence reports, deviations, change controls, and CAPA for completeness and closure.

Monitoring & Compliance

  • Monitor warehouse cleanliness, pest control, and cold storage temperature records.
  • Ensure calibration schedules, validation schedules, and preventive maintenance schedules are followed.
  • Investigate incidents, deviations, and complaints, and implement effective CAPA.

Audit & Communication

  • Participate in internal and external audits and provide required responses.
  • Communicate with customer QA teams regarding quality matters.
  • Escalate quality impact issues to senior management as necessary.
