Assistant Project Manager - Service Industry

This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Project Manager role located in Ahmedabad. Responsibilities include assisting senior project managers in overseeing and coordinating multiple projects, expediting tasks to meet deadlines, monitoring and organizing logistics and inspections, and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders. The role also involves maintaining project documentation, ensuring processes align with business goals, and supporting team members to achieve successful project outcomes.

• Proficiency in Expediting and Expeditor responsibilities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Strong skills in Project Management, including planning, organizing, and overseeing project lifecycles.
• Experience with Logistics Management and the oversight of supply chain and resource allocation.
• Knowledge and familiarity with Inspection processes to ensure quality and compliance standards are met.
• Strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, attention to detail, and ability to work under deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in the service or IT industry is a plus.
