Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for an Assistant Professor (HR & General Management). The Assistant Professor will be responsible for delivering lectures, preparing course materials, conducting research, and mentoring students. Additional duties include assessing student performance, participating in curriculum development, and collaborating with faculty on academic projects. The role requires engaging with students and fostering a supportive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Teaching skills in the relevant subject area
• minimum 3years of Experience in curriculum development and academic research
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong mentoring and student engagement skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with faculty and staff
• Doctorate degree or equivalent in the relevant field
• Experience using educational technology and learning management systems
• Previous teaching experience at the higher education level is preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
