Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Professor in Psychology at JSPM University Pune. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for conducting lectures and seminars, developing and updating curriculum, guiding students in their academic pursuits, and engaging in research activities. The candidate will be expected to participate in departmental meetings, academic advising, and contribute to the overall academic environment.

Qualifications

• MA Psychology and UGC-NET or SET qualified.
• Ph.D. in Psychology or a related field
• Strong foundation in Psychology and related subjects
• Experience in Curriculum Development and updating academic programs
• Background in University Teaching and effective teaching methodologies
• Proficiency in conducting Research and publishing findings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in academic advising and mentoring students
• Commitment to staying current with advancements in the field of Psychology
