Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Operations Manager, based in Mumbai .The role includes overseeing and managing daily operational processes, ensuring the efficient functioning of logistics and supply chain activities. Responsibilities include supervising teams, coordinating with clients and vendors, optimizing workflows, ensuring compliance with company policies, and implementing process improvements. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, resolving operational issues, and supporting the senior management to drive organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in logistics, supply chain management, and operations management is essential
  • Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis, process optimization, and performance monitoring
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and client relationship management abilities
  • Knowledge of digitalization tools and operational technologies in logistics is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Mumbai.
