About This Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Engineer to manage and optimise the Output Management application across hybrid environments including on-premises and cloud platforms. This role is pivotal in ensuring high-performance delivery of customer communications and contract summaries, which directly impact sales and customer engagement. The individual will lead incident resolution, drive automation, and collaborate across teams to maintain Platinum-level service standards.

What you will do

  • Ensure seamless operation of Output Management systems across AWS, OCI, and on-prem platforms
  • Monitor and manage workflows for mail, SMS, push notifications, print, and archival services
  • Guarantee timely and accurate generation of contract summaries to support sales
  • Lead incident resolution and root cause analysis to minimise business impact
  • Coordinate infrastructure changes and deployments across Production, UAT, and Test environments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align output delivery with SLAs
  • Implement automation and scripting to enhance reliability and reduce manual effort
  • Maintain compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory standards
  • Provide dashboards and performance metrics for proactive issue detection
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for speed, accuracy, and resilience
  • Manage change and release activities with thorough validation
  • Own capacity planning and cost optimisation strategies
  • Mentor team members on tools and operational best practices
  • Contribute to strategic planning for output architecture and scalability
  • Ensure rapid recovery and minimal downtime in case of disruptions
  • Assess future project requirements and proactively shape output capabilities

Who You Are

  • 3-5 years of experience in IT operations or related fields
  • Proficient in SQL, PL/SQL, Unix/Linux, Python, Perl, Java
  • Hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Dynatrace, Kafka, GithubActions, Terraform, Prometheus & Grafana, Jenkins, Nexus, Harbor, OCI/DRCC
  • Strong understanding of DevOps tools and practices
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex environments and deliver high availability
  • Skilled in incident management, automation, and stakeholder communication
  • Open-minded, solution-oriented thinker with strong communication skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and exercise sound judgement
