Role Overview/Objective:
The Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and will support a manager to run the team . This role requires high attention to detail, good communication with international clients, and the ability
to work independently with end clients. We are looking for an ambitious Assistant Manager with a mindset to work with innovative and fast growing companies in a fast-paced environment and play a crucial role in the growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage portfolio of clients independently ensuring timely closure of books of accounts
Design and setup bespoke processes for each client
Review of work done by team members and finalising it
Manage and train associates
Preparation and finalisation of management accounts and investors reporting
Supporting on ad-hoc projects including financial models, business plans,fundraising and M&A transactions
Providing exceptional service and expert advice to clients and build strong relationship with clients
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Qualified CA/ACCA
Experience: 5-6 years
Software Knowledge: Xero, QuickBooks,
Technical Skills: Strong Excel & GAAP knowledge (IFRS, UK/US GAAP)
Preferred Skills: Google workspace (Docs, sheets, slides) and Excel skills
Soft Skills: Excellent oral and written communication, time management, client coordination, proactive learner, attention to detail
