Role & responsibilities

  • Investigate customer complaints using standard QC tools and methodologies.
  • Execute R&D trials based on SOPs provided by Central R&D.
  • Maintain and summarize technical visit reports, highlighting actionable insights.
  • Submit detailed investigation and R&D trial reports.
  • Coordinate weekly review meetings between Branch QA and R&D teams.
  • Provide regular feedback to plant QA teams and Central R&D.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in Science / B.Tech / IIP (Indian Institute of Packaging preferred).
  • 510 years of relevant industrial experience from packaging industries.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Experience in customer complaint handling and R&D processes.
