Role & responsibilities
- Investigate customer complaints using standard QC tools and methodologies.
- Execute R&D trials based on SOPs provided by Central R&D.
- Maintain and summarize technical visit reports, highlighting actionable insights.
- Submit detailed investigation and R&D trial reports.
- Coordinate weekly review meetings between Branch QA and R&D teams.
- Provide regular feedback to plant QA teams and Central R&D.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors degree in Science / B.Tech / IIP (Indian Institute of Packaging preferred).
- 510 years of relevant industrial experience from packaging industries.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Experience in customer complaint handling and R&D processes.
