To be accountable for the delivery of high quality work for both self and others that is on time and ready for client/manager review, understand the firm's risk management policies and processes, regulatory environment, has the ability to assess risk actively develop, mentor and coach team members, set up procedures to monitor work progress, assisting/enabling innovation in processes enhancing the firm's reputation.

Role & Responsibilities

Training Processes

  • Oversee end-to-end training processes, including monitoring, reminders, escalations, exceptions, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain training trackers, reports, and population data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Support maintenance of process documentation and evidence in line with SoQM and QC1000 requirements.
  • Coordinate with HRMS/GLMS, IT, Data teams, Service Lines, and process owners to ensure smooth execution.
  • Validate dashboards and reports against source data, track GLMS ID delays, document system issues, and support resolution.

Automation & Innovation

  • Drive automation and innovation using tools such as Excel, Access, macros, Power BI, Copilot, and GenAI to enhance reporting, analysis, and process efficiency.
  • Provide support to additional Independence and Risk Management processes, as required.

THE INDIVIDUAL

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Independence, Risk Management, automation, or similar operational roles.
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in a relevant discipline (BBA, B.Sc., B.Com preferred); MBA is an advantage.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, word and PPT; working knowledge of automation concepts (macros, VBA, Power BI) preferred. Familiarity with Copilot/GenAI tools is a plus.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to guide and mentor junior team members.
  • Effective communicator with strong drafting, stakeholder management, and follow-up skills.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and solutions-focused, with a strong commitment to quality and service delivery.
