Raw material Planning-Co-ordinating with interplant and TIRE 2 Suppliers
Process Centre wise daily planning.
Skill in maintaining Inventory process wise.
Co-ordination with department for the end delivery to customer.
Inventory Management, Data analytical skills, Capacity planning, Manpower planning
Co-ordination with supply chain.
Planning child parts, analysing production gaps and effective planning.
Understanding Customer needs, also handling large number of verities of products
Resources planning skills for NPD.
Skill in co-ordination with Tooling department for tool stock
Job work planning at sub-contractor
Packing material planning
Raw material stores – handling
Monthly MIS report preparation
