Assistant Manager - Supply Chain (Offline Sales Operations, Executions, and Sales Support)
Supply Chain Planning and Execution:
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop supply chain strategies aligned with offline sales goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with sales teams to forecast demand and ensure adequate inventory levels.
- Manage Fill rate of All Offline Distributors
- Coordinate with supply Team to ensure timely delivery of products to CFAs as per Forward Demand
- Resolve any supply chain-related issues impacting sales operations promptly.
- Monitor transportation and distribution channels to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Work closely with the customer service team to address any supply chain-related concerns raised by customers.
- Act as a liaison between sales, operations, and logistics teams to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.
- Oversee order processing and fulfillment activities for offline sales channels.
- Implement inventory control measures to minimize stockouts and excess inventory at offline sales locations.
- Coordinate with warehouse and distribution teams to ensure accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders.
Sales Support:
- Provide support to the sales team by ensuring accurate and timely order processing and fulfilment as Per TAT
- Coordinate with sales representatives to address customer inquiries, resolve order-related issues, and provide updates on order status.
- Assist in developing sales forecasts, analysing sales data, and identifying opportunities to optimize sales performance.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to order fulfillment promptly and effectively (Short/Excess/Credit not issues)
Logistics Coordination:
- Monitor transportation and logistics activities to facilitate the movement of goods between distribution centres and offline sales outlets.
- Monitor order status and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
- Process Improvement and Optimization:
- Implement strategies to enhance order fulfillment speed and accuracy.
- Implement best practices, process enhancements, and automation solutions to streamline offline sales operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and drive operational efficiency.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of supply chain operations.
