About The Role
We are looking for a motivated
Presales RFP Manager with a strong
technical foundation and hands-on experience in
SaaS or cloud-based solutions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing end-to-end
RFPs, RFIs, and proposal responses, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality submissions that align with customer requirements and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the RFP/RFI response process across regions, collaborating with product, sales, and technical teams.
- Understand client requirements and map them to SaaS product features and capabilities.
- Create compelling, compliant, and customized proposal content that demonstrates product fit and value.
- Maintain and continuously improve the RFP response repository and content library.
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure technical accuracy in responses.
- Support the sales cycle with technical documentation, solution decks, and demo preparation.
- Ensure alignment of RFP responses with security, compliance, and integration capabilities of the platform.
- Track submission timelines and coordinate with stakeholders to meet deadlines.
- Analyze RFP trends and provide inputs for product enhancement and competitive positioning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field (technical background is must).
- 23 years of experience in Presales, RFP Management, or Proposal Writing within a SaaS or technology company.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based architectures, APIs, integrations, and product workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and proposal automation tools (e.g., RFPIO, Loopio, Qvidian preferred).
- Ability to multitask and manage tight timelines across multiple RFPs.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Legal, Security, etc.).
Preferred Skills (Good To Have)
- Experience in Learning Management Systems (LMS/LXP), HRTech, or other enterprise SaaS products.
- Familiarity with RFP automation tools and CRM systems like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
- Exposure to bid management frameworks or ISO-compliant documentation standards.
