We are seeking a Market & Business Development Specialist to drive growth, develop market intelligence, and strengthen customer relationships for our Pharma Packaging Solutions (Vials, Ampoules, Syringes & Cartridges). The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and the ability to identify new business opportunities while fostering relationships with both customers and internal teams

Responsibilities:
Market Research & Competitive Analysis :
- Develop and document market intelligence for vials, ampoules, syringes, and cartridges.
- Analyse customer data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide strategic insights to optimize pricing, positioning, and sales strategies.
Business Growth & Customer Acquisition :
- Identify and acquire new customers, driving business expansion.
- Develop new projects with existing customers by promoting innovative products and solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the industry.
Technical & Sales Enablement :
- Serve as the technical expert, offering insights and advice on product features, specifications, and practical applications.
- Interface with customers to understand their technical requirements and recommend tailored solutions.
- Promote the technical advantages of our products to attract new business opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration :
- Work closely with internal teams including Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, and Quality Assurance to enhance customer experience.
- Align business strategies with technical and operational capabilities to drive growth.
- Support marketing initiatives by providing technical content for promotional materials and presentations.

Education Qualification:
- Master's in Business Administration / Equivalent Post-Graduate Degree in Business Management/ B. Pharm/ B.E.
Experience:
- 2-7 years of experience preferably from Pharma Machinery / Pharma Packaging development Engineer / R&D scientist / Packaging development
