Assistant Manager (Sales)

Location: Hyderabad (Pocharam)

Conneqt Digital is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager in Sales with hands-on experience in upselling and a strong understanding of the BPO sector. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates looking to further their career in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth through effective upselling and cross-selling strategies.
• Manage a team and ensure sales targets are met consistently.
• Oversee day-to-day sales operations and ensure seamless execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer acquisition and retention.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to sales representatives.
• Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience:
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the BPO sector.
• Hands-on experience in upselling and sales management.
• Knowledge of the BFSI sector is preferable.
• Additional Skills:
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Additional Information

• Salary: Up to 4 LPA + Transport Allowance (2k).
• Perks: Cab facilities provided (two-way within a 35 km radius).
