Engineering Graduate with Mechanical / Civil background and MBA -specialization in Marketing

Skills / Traits required

Technical Knowledge: Products & Innovation, Insulation properties, Cold chain & clean room, Ammonia/ Freon Refrigeration system & air handlings, GMP, BOQ & costings.

Software Skills: Experience with ERP/ CRM software, AutoCAD, data analysis tools and reports in MS office

Leadership: Strong leadership, problem-solving, customer orientation, negotiations and communication skills.

Job Profile

Strategic Sales & Business Development

Target Acquisition: Identify and secure large-scale B2B project orders in the pharmaceutical, food processing, logistics, and healthcare sectors.

Consultant & Specifier Mapping: Build strong professional networks with key specifiers, including MEP consultants, structural architects, industrial PMC, EPC contractors, Corporates & government departments.

Product Approvals: Drive product approvals and secure vendor registrations with major corporate clients and government bodies.

Tendering & Estimation: Oversee the preparation of detailed technical and commercial bids, BOQs, and budgetary quotes.

Team Leadership & Channel Management

Recruit, train, and mentor a team of Area Sales Managers and Technical Sales Engineers to expand market reach.

Develop and manage a robust channel partner/dealer network, as well as OEM ties across defined territories.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Manufacturing & Supply Chain: Align field sales forecasts with factory manufacturing capacity, ensuring smooth delivery schedules, lead times, and project execution.

Project Execution: Work closely with the projects and installation teams to ensure turnkey solutions meet technical codes, hygiene standards (GMP), and customer expectations

Other related duties as assigned.

Minimum of 5 years worked in Construction materials / steel building / sandwich panel industry is added advantage
