Maintain high quality standards of the company projects through planning the Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC) policies and programs in coordination with the division's heads and project managers, and ensures regular compliance with these policies and manuals
Assist HOD QA/QC in effective implementation of approved Quality Plans and QC procedures.
Monitors all projects in relation with quality standards and recommend the project team, necessary corrective measures to be taken.
Ensures that each project meets specifications by setting the standard and controlling the testing procedures in accordance with written standard operating procedures.
Ensures that all quality systems are regularly maintained with updated records
Operational
Prepare PR for Quality lab material, prepare reservation for material, and prepare rejection report in SAP.
Responsible for inspection lot clearance & support massage in SAP for QM module.
Responsible to identify, calibrate and maintain Master List of Testing and Measuring Equipment.
Conducting & reviewing Quality control tests for the samples submitted.
Clearing the Inspection lots in SAP & other related entries.
Conducting inspection at vendor's premises as and when required.
Involved in RFI at site as per QA/QC inspection whenever required.
Preparing comparative statements for equipment purchase & material testing for various tests.
Processing of Third-Party lab testing & Equipment bills though SAP.
Managing the lab technicians & labours to get the optimum output

Qualifications
B. E (Civil)/B. Arch
PGDBA, Diploma In Construction Management desired
5 - 8 years of Experience in in Planning, Cost Estimates, Construction supervision etc.
