Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and close AV/BRI projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and adjust as necessary.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Prepare reports for upper management regarding project status, challenges, and solutions.
  • Ensure all installations, system integrations, and commissioning meet technical standards and client expectations.
  • Support project documentation, system schematics, and handover packages.
