Responsibilities
- This position is for SMU Executive Development (SMU ExD).
- Serve as the lead administrator for the planning, scheduling and delivery of multiple concurrent executive education programmes.
- Manage end-to-end programme delivery, including communication plans, participant induction, programme logistics, class coordination and post-programme completion activities, ensuring that tasks, quality standards and deadlines are met.
- Provide responsive and high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders, including clients, faculty, participants and team members.
- Facilitate clear and timely communication with clients and participants on pre-course preparations, in-class activities, evaluations, attendance requirements and other programme-related matters through to completion.
- Manage programme budgets in accordance with approved costing, including budget tracking, forecasting, expenditure monitoring and reconciliation.
- Any other duties assigned.
Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma with 3 years of substantial programme or project management experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience, preferably in hospitality, events or higher education.
- Resourceful and meticulous in handling multiple issues concurrently while managing tight deadlines effectively.
- Demonstrate the ability to multi-task and work independently and in a team setting.
- Excellent organizational skills, with a meticulous nature and a keen attention to detail.
- Keen on process improvement and efficiency.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word and Excel).
- Possess good interpersonal skills.
- Can start work immediately.

Candidates who do not possess the stipulated qualifications but have relevant work experience may still apply. Remuneration and appointment terms shall commensurate with qualifications and experience. SMU reserves the right to modify the appointment terms where necessary.
