Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager - Product Development located in Gurugram. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating product development projects, ensuring that products meet design specifications and quality standards. Tasks include managing timelines, budgets, and resources, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and conducting market research to evaluate product performance and identify opportunities for improvements. The role also involves liaising with suppliers, monitoring production processes, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

  • Skills in Market Research, Supplier Management, and Production Monitoring
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory compliance requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Product Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in the fashion or textile industry is a plus
