Assistant Manager - PPC

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Production Manager to coordinate with cross-functional teams and ensure smooth production operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for aligning inventory, quality control, and resource planning to meet production goals while maintaining high quality standards. A strong focus on continuous improvement, process optimization, and compliance is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with inventory, quality control, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely production and resource availability.
• Monitor daily production schedules and ensure adherence to delivery timelines and quality benchmarks.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and optimize processes.
• Utilize data analysis to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date production documentation to ensure traceability and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and operational standards throughout the production cycle.
• Report production performance metrics and propose strategic improvements where necessary.
• Support root cause analysis and problem-solving initiatives on shop floor issues.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering or relevant field.
• 510 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and resource planning.
• Proficient in data-driven decision-making and process optimization tools (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Strong communication, team coordination, and leadership skills.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems is an advantage.
