We're looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Performance Marketing who is passionate about digital advertising, data analysis, experimentation, and driving measurable business growth through performance marketing.

About the Role

As an Assistant Manager – Performance Marketing, you will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver high-performing campaigns while continuously analyzing performance data and identifying opportunities for optimization.

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms, and a growth mindset to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Amazon Ads, YouTube, and other digital channels.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize key performance metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, CTR, CPI, Conversion Rate, and Retention.
  • Stay updated with the latest advertising platform features and leverage new products to maximize campaign performance.
  • Analyze campaign data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and present campaign insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to conceptualize high-performing ad creatives based on consumer behavior and business insights.
  • Analyze user behavior and perform root-cause analysis to identify performance fluctuations and optimization opportunities.
  • Design and evaluate experiments across marketing channels, including Programmatic, YouTube, and other high-impact acquisition channels.
  • Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to improve campaign efficiency and marketing ROI.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Analytics, Product, Creative, and Engineering to drive business growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Amazon Ads, YouTube Ads, and other paid media platforms.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics including CAC, LTV, ROAS, CTR, CPI, CPA, Retention, and Conversion Rate.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Ability to interpret marketing data and derive actionable business insights.
  • Experience designing and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookup Functions, Data Analysis).
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4), AppsFlyer, Firebase, Looker Studio, or similar analytics platforms.
  • Understanding of attribution models and marketing measurement.
  • Experience with experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, and multivariate testing.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL or marketing analytics tools is an added advantage.
  • Creative mindset with an understanding of ad copy, content, and creative strategy.
